Gentrification
I live in this slightly gritty but not at all scary gentrifying neighborhood in northwest DC called Petworth. I’ve known about the issues and concerns that development has stirred up in this neighborhood thanks to a project I did here in 2006 before I moved to the neighborhood. But not once in the almost three years of living in Petworth have I had to deal with gentrification concerns...
